Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have

distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

			<description><![CDATA[<p>The reason for holding back an upgrade would be becuse it wants to bring in another, new package, which is something an upgrade doesn&#039;t do. You can find out which new package is concerned and install that, or you maybe do a dist-upgrade instead.</p>]]></description>
