well, terrible idea but if you are a vim/nvim user there's always vimwiki.

loqseq has some good features like zero-knowledge on server, offline functionality, encryption, markup but its too bloated i only need something for markup/text. hedgedoc would be good but has no offline support and not zero-knowledge on server. any ideas? thanks
