That is to create an installer iso. Be prepared for possible debugging of scripts involved to get it to work. There are currently no live testing isos because of the rate of changes necessary at this point.

You'll have to upgrade from Daedalus. Do the usrmerge before upgrading. Hopefully, the ISOs will be available soon.
