Indeed. This from today's release announcement:

If you are already using Devuan Jessie RC2, a simple apt-get update && apt-get upgrade will be enough to get the latest updates.

In case you are asking yourself how to upgrade from the RC2 version to Devuan Stable release:
a simple apt update + apt upgrade will do.
