			<description><![CDATA[<p>Tried running without jack to test the basic alsa stuff. That works, but only to the internal speakers. Plugging in headphones has no effect - sound still from speakers.<br />All works fine with an external USB card.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Problem still present with jackd2 (jackdbus). Seems to be OK with an external USB sound card. <br />aplay -l reports device: sof-hda-dsp, while lspci -v shows:<br /> 0000:00:1f.3 Multimedia audio controller: Intel Corporation Tiger Lake-LP Smart Sound Technology Audio Controller (rev 20)<br />Alsamixer says Realtek ALC255 chip.</p><p>What can I try next?</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Seems mostly down to jackd1 being installed - removed it, and jackd2 is now running. Still can&#039;t get anything out from firefox-&gt;pulseaudio...<br />Had to restart applications as they must have internalised the connections to jack.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>New laptop, new to Devuan, tried to run GrandOrgue, and got told &#039;jack server requires 48000&#039;, but jackd is running with 44100.<br />Then tried to play an mp3 file with Audacious and get the same. What is going on?</p>]]></description>
