Please provide more info - source ip, target name, target ip, what service are you trying to access and what error do you get.

Devuan does not block anything except abusers and that is automated. ISPs may have blocked addresses from Russia on behalf of the authorities.

I did a little diagnostics, and then it turned out that the matter was in the protocol. ipv4 works well, unlike ipv6. How did it happen? Dear Devuan developers, would you like to properly configure your servers so that users receive packets stably using any standard protocol that was originally installed in your system. Thank you.

Hi all. I haven't been able to connect to the repositories for about a week now. Country Russia. What could be the reason?
1. The authorities have blocked the devoan repositories.
2. Devuan blocked access to Russia.
3. Some problems in the repository settings.
