You may need to find out when they went into bullseye-backports which would have been sometime later than what the source version code 20210818-1 suggests.</p><p>I wouldn&#039;t expect more than a week in lag since that&#039;s the period for amprolla&#039;s full merge.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Thanks for clarifying regarding merging rather than mirroring, and the consequent lag. </p><p>The only the thing I&#039;m still confused about is the length of the lag. The versions of the two backported packages I mentioned are listed by Debian as 20210818-1~bpo11+1, which appears to be over a year ago.&#160; Would packages this age not normally have merged by now?</p>]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[[SOLVED] Missing chimaera-backports firmware packages]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;d always assumed that the chimaera-backports repo just mirrors bullseye-backports, and with, for example, kernel updates it does.</p><p>I cannot however seem to locate the equivalent packages for firmware-linux-nonfree and firmware-iwlwifi (what I&#039;m really interested in) in chimaera-backports/non-free, even though they&#039;re clearly available in bullseye-backports/non-free.</p><p>We appear to be stuck with the older chimaera/non-free versions. Any ideas why they aren&#039;t available in chimaera-backports?</p>]]></description>
