I decided to look it up, and discovered that it's available in OldOldStable (Ascii), Beowulf, and Ceres: https://pkginfo.devuan.org/cgi-bin/policy-query.html?c=package&q=dolphin-emu&x=submit

It seems to be the same in Debian itself. Why is that? Some kind of news I'm missing? I can build it from source but it would be less of a hassle to see it in the stable repositories like it is in both OldStable and Unstable. Its been the same version for years.
