After I upgraded to 7.2.3.2 using the backports repository, the problem disappeared.

Hello. Same problem here. You can try disabling hardware acceleration. That's what I did. Now Libreoffice is starting faster.

Hi,

My computer has 64 GB memory, nVidia GTX 1070 8GB graphics card, Ryzen 2600 processor.
I'm using LibreOffice Writer v7.0.4.2 in chimaera.
Compared to previous version, it's really slow.
