No longer an issue as now using Devuan 4.0

be sure you have "Dolphin Preferences - Services - extract service menu" checked

I can right click on a zip file to get those extract options.

Hi,

I am running KDE on this installation and in my previous install I was able to right-click a downloaded folder from Office365 as a .zip file, right-click the .zip file and select 'Extract here'. I know about using Ark which is what i always used to do and when 'Extract here' became available things moved more quickly. Strangely about a week ago it appeared to be working again but not anymore. Any ideas anyone?
