In the case of HP 2135 printer, 2130 series driver worked. Hopefully true. I will still recommend you to try running &quot;sudo hp-setup&quot;.</p><p>Also, check that user has lpadmin as secondary group. <br />--<br />Another option is using CUPS. There is a gui tool system-config-printer. Try installing system-config-printer, system-config-printer-udev packages. </p><p>Meanwhile ensure that the printer USB cable is inserted properly in printer end and PC usb slot.</p>]]></description>
