"Gnome Videos" is not a proper filename in Ubuntu or Debian. What might it be? If it is available in Debian we should have it in Devuan unless it is on the banned package list http://pkgmaster.devuan.org/bannedpackages.txt Have you checked https://pkginfo.devuan.org/ to see if it is there?

is it possible to install the "Gnome Videos" app on Devuan without resorting to install Ubuntu or Debian as a Virtualmachine?
