CUPS error_log inconsistency

Hello:

As I solved a problem I had with my CUPS configuration, I went to check if it had indeed been solved.

So:

But when I went to check again, this time with Leafpad through the File Manager, I got this:

... and there's only one:

Any idea just what is going on here?
