Just installed the ascii 2.0.0 desktop live iso and I'm impressed how snappy devuan is on a Dell Centrino with 512MB ram.
Installation is straight forward. broadcom b43 worked out of the box. The set-up of the locales takes a  while (swiss locale).
What I like: the old xfce Version! Much better than the new one in my point of view.

Compared to miyo linux (which I had installed before this installation) I didn't have any problems to shut down or reboot.
