			<description><![CDATA[<p>Looking under /devuan, there doesn&#039;t seem to be anything in jessie-proposed-security or jessie-proposed-backports. And there&#039;s almost nothing in jessie-proposed-updates - I think it&#039;s just an old version of desktop-base. I think it makes sense to use only the /merged sources unless you know there&#039;s a particular package in the /devuan sources that you need. (like you&#039;re testing a new build for a packager.)</p>]]></description>

The updated packages, such as firefox, seem to work as expected.<br />Looking in /var/log, there are no warnings in dpkg.log and in /var/log/apt there are no warnings in term.log or history.log.</p><p>Following the URLs <a href="https://pkgmaster.devuan.org/devuan/dists/jessie-proposed-backports/" rel="nofollow">https://pkgmaster.devuan.org/devuan/dis … backports/</a> and having a look around, there did not appear to be anything to do with main/binary-amd64/Packages, whereas in the jessie directory I did find an entry like that.</p><p>Is jessie-proposed-backports ready to be used or have I done something wrong?</p><p>Geoff</p>]]></description>
