I have one ascii install that I&#039;ve been running without adding net.ifnames=0 to the boot command except for one morning when I did need it for a few reboots. It was when I was playing with policykit/pkexec/synaptic. Doesn&#039;t make sense.</p>]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[ascii/lxqt wifi address change]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Playing with ascii/lxqt install and for my use it&#039;s pretty good. So I decided to install eudev and the install went smoothly using synaptic with experimental repo temporarily enabled. ON reboot all appeared normal. A few more reboots and wifi was not connecting.<br />Short story is address was no longer wlan0. Now wlxc83a35c261fd. (used ip list command someone helpful mentioned somewhere to get address) I don&#039;t know what does this or why it did&#039;nt happen immediately on eudev install. Just thought I would share in case someone could enlighten me or be enlightened with the information.</p>]]></description>
