apt-file: missing Contents-arch.gz

apt-file fails to work with our repositories because of the Contents file missing (or displaced)

```
~  ❯ sudo apt-file update
Ignoring source without Contents File:
  http://packages.devuan.org/merged/dists … s-amd64.gz
Re: apt-file: missing Contents-arch.gz
This problem is 6 months old and still not fixed.  Is it a infrastructure resource problem? i.e. lack of resources? Or is there a different problem?
No those work-arounds don't work. It's hard to do things when the basic tools for the distro are not functioning.
Have you considered subscribing to the dng mail list.  It is a tremendous resource to answer questions like this.
And also the botbot logs for #devuan:
Re: apt-file: missing Contents-arch.gz
No haven't considered it.
Have you considered pulling in the irc logs and mails here just as it is done for these issues?
It's good to have mulitple channels of communication because everyone has their preferences. But of the 4 channels we have for Devuan really only the forum makes sense as the one channel that can contain all the information for all 4 channels. We already have 2 here.  i.e. the forum itself and the issues
We just need to add the bot logs and then mirror the maillist.  Make both read-only and we present all information in one place.
Re: apt-file: missing Contents-arch.gz
This issue prevented me from building a customized Devuan live CD using live-build, so I built a Debian live CD instead (with sysvinit, of course).
No, that makes absolutely no sense.  That would wasteful and costly duplication with no advantage that I can see but to provide lazy users with one stop shopping.
Oh, is that all??   roll
