Thunderbird fails

Thunderbird crashes with `dl-open` assertion error.

```
$ thunderbird
Inconsistency detected by ld.so: dl-open.c: 689: _dl_open: Assertion `_dl_debug_initialize (0, args.nsid)->r_state == RT_CONSISTENT' failed!
```

```
$ dpkg -l thunderbird
...
ii  thunderbird                          1:45.8.0-3~deb8u1       amd64                   mail/news client with RSS, chat and integrated spam filter support
```

Since the move from `icedove` `thunderbird` is failing consistently. No info on the  [Debian wiki](https://wiki.debian.org/Thunderbird) about it nor Debian BTS.
The profile "migration" failed as well. Removing both `~/.icedove` and `~/.thunderbird` do nothing.

Here's the system info:

```
root@raiz:~# cat /etc/os-release ; echo # no endline!
