Greetings,

I have a fresh installation of Devuan with OpenRC and Xfce, which I did all installed during the netinstall. My problem herewith, however, is that after closing the laptop's lid, I'm not greeted with an Login form or Screensaver, but instead with the same screen as when I closed the lid, except that I can move the cursor, which does not effect anything. I can click anywhere or move anywhere and nothing happens. When going in another tty and killing the current xsession, it works again.

I saw that missing microcode often causes this, which in my case it didn't. I tried switching from Slim to Lightdm, which also did not change the problem. My laptop is a Thinkpad x230. I looked in the Xfce settings, where changing the option "When the laptop lid is closed: Lock screen", but this didn't do anything either. It worked on Debian. I tried with Devuan and Runit, with the same results.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
