On first boot, system message indicated to user to execute menu-config.

I am unable to find a reference to this utility. A web search is unhelpful as search engines, with their overzealous AI, wants to split the words despite explicit search parameters. Searches want to return results related to menu configuration not a specific executable.

Can someone point to documentation or repository where source is hosted?
