			<description><![CDATA[<p>hello everybody,</p><p>after upgrading to &#039;excalibur&#039; &#039;tuir&#039; stopped working.</p><p>reinstalled it with &#039;pipx&#039; but then it failed due to python3 </p><div class="codebox"><pre><code>$ pipx install --force tuir
