That pushes the rest of the stuff all the way to the other side , even if there are no windows open.
(makes the window list take up all the space in the middle)

I have Devuan Xfce installed. At the top there is such a panel with running applications, elements (wifi, etc.)
I have a problem: my elements are moving. That is: if applications like a browser are not running, then the elements are located right in the middle of the panel; if you launch any application, then the elements are shifted to the right. Previously, the elements (wifi and so on) were purely on the top right and they did not move, but now something has suddenly changed..
how to get everything back?
