			<description><![CDATA[<p>On my 32 bit system I found to dismay that the system was downloading updates and filling up the cache directory. </p><p>I have auto-updates turned OFF here:</p><p> /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/10periodic.</p><p>has:</p><p>APT::Periodic::Unattended-Upgrade &quot;0&quot;;</p><p>Is there a way to prevent this totally?</p><p>I do not want *anything* updating or downloading without my express permission.</p>]]></description>
