- If you have no sound, make sure the following line in
/etc/pulse/client.conf.d/00-disable-autospawn.conf is commented as
shown here:#autospawn=no
Pulseaudio is gone for beowulf? there's still the pulseaudio volume control in App Menu, which i used for enable the sound in ascii.

But, in my case, I had to reboot the computer twice, after the first time I did not find any sound cards, no wi-fi
