The version available as package for Devuan is old for FreePascal / Lazarus.

FreePascal / Lazarus have an active community and they do a lot of tests before publishing any new release so would be a good idea to make available latest version of such compiler / IDE in 32 & 64 as is recommended by its development community.

Latest Lazarus release is 2.0.4  and FreePascal 3.0.4.
