			<description><![CDATA[<p>Get the source (<span class="bbc">*.dsc</span> and <span class="bbc">*.tar.gz</span>) manually from <a href="https://launchpad.net/~otter-browser/+archive/ubuntu/release/+packages" rel="nofollow">https://launchpad.net/~otter-browser/+a … /+packages</a>?<br />You&#039;ll find the build-depends in the <span class="bbc">*.dsc</span> and <span class="bbc">$SOURCES/debian/control</span> files and I think having less auto-magic with foreign sources is not really a bad thing. I just feel safer with <ins>not</ins> adding foreign repositories to my <span class="bbc">sources.list</span> but maybe I&#039;m just old and grumpy...</p><p>...and what&#039;s the translation of (German:) &quot;Altersstarrsinn&quot; to English?
