			<description><![CDATA[<p>I see no reason why it couldn&#039;t, given that Devuan, like Ubuntu, is based on Debian. The only hurdle might be if OpenStack depends on some specific systemd stuff that&#039;s not (yet) ported to Devuan, so best check the requirements of Open Stack and see if Devuan offers the functionality it needs.</p>]]></description>
