but AFAIK Devuan Jessie 1.0.0 uses the 3.16.4 kernel
Devuan ASCII (a testing version) uses the 4.9  kernel

I don't believe any of these are linux-libre kernel,
just Debian in the process of removing systemd as PID=1 and such
